Thunderchild

This bold blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes grown on the grounds of the Die Herberg Orphanage in Robertson. The wine’s name, Thunderchild, symbolises the resilience and strength of the community that supports it. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, it has a rich, full-bodied character which will continue to develop over the next decade.
