It’s first matured in American white oak barrels, followed by rare 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso casks – exclusively supplied by acclaimed sherry house González Byass. More than two decades of ageing gives it a decadent complexity and elegance. Discover layered aromas of Seville orange, bitter chocolate, coffee and vanilla, with flavours of liquorice, dark fruits, walnut and marzipan. Add notes of peach, orange, ginseng and pear tarte tatin on the finish, and you’re in for something truly indulgent.
