Siren is based in Finchampstead in Berkshire, where they seek the best ingredients from around the world to ensure a range of beers that are second to none. Their malt is UK based, from the family run Simpsons Malt. Equally they work closely with their hop suppliers and visit the farms each year to pick their hops so that they can produce the most flavourful beers possible. They have never been afraid to experiment as a brewery and their original lineup included an Oatmeal Pale Ale, a distinctly bitter West Coast IPA, a 5.8% Red IPA and a 6.5% Breakfast Stout. This session IPA bursts with tropical fruit flavours, thanks to a carefully selected hop blend including Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic, Chinook, Azacca and Simcoe. Balanced bitterness and juicy character make it an ideal match for BBQs and burgers.
