Chardonnay grapes are carefully sorted, gently whole-cluster pressed and fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks to preserve their fresh fruit aromatics. After six months in oak, the wine boasts balanced acidity and a lingering, subtly sweet oak finish. The fresh apple combines perfectly with the peach, with the subtle vanilla and sweet spice rounding out the flavours.
