Jean Rijckaert is renowned for creating fantastic white Burgundy. Under his guidance, Florent Rouve, who began making wine in Jura at just 16 years old, has created this exceptional Saint-Véran. Aged for up to 15 months in small oak barrels, it’s rich and round with gentle oak influence and a fine, succulent texture.
