Regal Rouge blend organic Australian wine with indigenous botanicals to create an excellent alternative to gin. The aim is to have as little impact on the environment as possible. The result is exceptional. The lively white is made from unoaked Chardonnay and has flavours of elderflower, grapefruit, orange and chamomile. Serve this with elderflower tonic over ice.
