This is an exceptional blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and a splash of Carmenère. Its grapes are grown in the Millahue area, where the coastal mountain climate and alluvial soils create the perfect conditions for fine, elegant red wines. Crafted by Cristian Vallejo, voted one of the world’s top 100 winemakers, the wine benefits from expert craftsmanship and sustainable practices. The gravity-fed winery, designed by renowned Chilean architect, Smiljan Radic, uses a unique barrel-ageing process. French oak is sourced and constructed on-site to allow for greater control over the barrel toasting, enhancing the wine’s depth and complexity. This vintage reveals rich dark fruit notes with hints of spice and a smoky undertone. It pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, balancing the robust flavours of the wine with the savouriness of the meat.
