Now under the guidance of Serge de Bucy, the winery honours Burgundy’s rich traditions while showcasing the distinctive character of each unique terroir. Working closely with trusted growers, the grapes for this Blagny Premier Cru are carefully pressed and fermented in oak barrels, followed by 14 months of aging to achieve precision and depth. The wine reveals lively notes of white peach, pear and citrus, plus a touch of brioche. It pairs elegantly with meaty fish, poulty, or creamy cheeses like Brie, and will continue to evolve beautifully until 2032.
