In 2004, Alex and Carrie Vik had the ambition to create some of the world’s best wines. After a two-year study of 4, 300 hectares of Andean wilderness, they’re behind some of Chile’s finest Cabernet. This one was picked as the best of a delicious pool of contenders by our store managers. It’s complex and elegant, with an inviting smooth texture and notes of ripe red fruit and coffee. Enjoy with slow-cooked beef.
