JC/Jerome Choblet/Herbauges Loire Blanc

Crafted entirely from the Loire-native Grolleau Gris, this wine is enticingly crisp and aromatic. The grapes are gently pressed to extract premium juice before undergoing cold settling, preserving vibrant flavours and freshness. In order to add depth and complexity, the wine spends between six to 15 months ageing on its lees. Its exotic, peppery profile offers a delightful departure from the Loire’s more commonly found Sauvignon and Chenin Blanc wines.
