Georges Duboeuf Morgon 2020

The late Georges Duboeuf made it his life’s work to popularise the wines of Beaujolais. He more than succeeded – and his wines are now recognised worldwide for their quality. This Morgon is full bodied and smooth, and it’s already a hit with the critics – the 2020 vintage was awarded 91 points by James Suckling. Expect bright notes of red berries, black cherry, plum and black pepper. Its vibrant flavours make it a fantastic partner for steak frites and other bistro classics.
