Entre Lunas meaning ‘Between moons,’ highlights the influence of lunar and planetary cycles on viticultural tasks. Grapes are grown using natural fertilisation from decomposed plant material, with ground cover plants enriching the soil with nitrogen and pheromones managing pests. The wine is aged for eight months in French and American oak barrels, adding layers of complexity. A savoury delight, expect deep flavours of Cassis and Mocha, with hints of Violet and Raspberry to balance out the wine.
