Château de Pennautier 2020/21, Cabardès

Bertrand Seube used to make wine at the world-famous Château Mouton-Rothschild. Today, he creates this rustic red blend at a historic 15th century estate a stone’s throw from the fortress town of Carcassonne. You can taste the benefits of his expertise in flavours of blackcurrant, raspberry and baking spices. It has firm tannins that are great with a casserole.
