Baileyana ‘Firepeak’ Chardonnay 2018, Edna Valley

Just under five miles from the Pacific Ocean, Edna Valley is one of the coolest growing regions in California. These are the perfect conditions to ripen complex and bright Chardonnay. Firepeak is a case in point. This wine is barrel-fermented and aged on its lees for nine months. It’s fresh and balanced, with notes of pear, lemon, pineapple and vanilla. We recommend pairing this with seared tuna steaks.
