With warm days and cool nights – and the constant influence of the nearby Chilean Coastal mountain Range – the Maule Valley has the ideal conditions for growing red grapes, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Grenache. Grapes are highly aromatic and super fresh – ideal for rosé production. This pale pink rosé from sustainably certified Viña Morandé has fresh aromas of raspberry and strawberry, plus lingering notes of flowers and spice. Made from 100% Cinsault, its good acidity and length will go well with a whole range of dishes, especially fresh seafood.
