Cantina Negrar ‘Le Coste’ Soave Classico DOC 2023, Veneto

The Soave region in Veneto wouldn’t be what it is today without Cantina di Negrar, a cooperative founded in 1933. Encompassing 700 hectares and 320 growers, it is one of the area’s most significant producers. ‘Le Coste’ refers to a densely planted zone of Soave Classico in the north east – where a combination of hills and northern exposure produce wines that are dynamic and aromatic. All grapes for this bottling are hand-harvested, then vinified in steel tanks to retain freshness. Try it with fish, fresh cheese, mushroom or truffle dishes.
