Clement Chevallier planted his first cyder orchards in Suffolk in 1728. After careful nurturing, pressing and tinkering with recipes, he pioneered a new style of British cyder. Almost 300 years on, it lives to be one of the country’s most popular cyders. This is crisp and medium-dry, with notes of freshly pressed apples. Great with a balti curry.
