Founded by husband-and-wife team Sam and Alex Berry, Bone Idyll began in the gin basement of the couple’s Surbiton restaurant. They opened their Kingston-upon-Thames distillery in 2022, where they now craft a range of small-batch spirits and cocktails with real character. The whole team, including their Head Distiller, is made up of current or former bartenders – so they know exactly what gin fans will love. Their London Dry is made using 100% British wheat, and you’ll find it perfectly balanced with flavours of citrus, spice and juniper.
