Gardo & Morris Organic Reserve Chardonnay 2020, Marlborough

Crafted from grapes grown in a small, certified organic vineyard, this Chardonnay undergoes wild yeast fermentation, where naturally occurring yeasts from the vineyard are used to ferment the grapes, enhancing the wine’s character. Aged for 12 months in French oak barriques, with about 25% new oak, it offers a complex mix of rich textures and aromas, a creamy mouthfeel and the potential to evolve for another ten years.
