This wine, crafted entirely from Aligoté vines planted by Céline Gueguen’s grandparents in 1965, brings heritage to the glass. The grapes undergo direct pressing and cold settling, then ferment with natural yeasts to retain vibrant acidity and freshness. Matured on fine lees until mid-April, it captures Aligoté’s bright, elegant character with a classically crisp, zesty profile and a hint of white blossom complexity.
