Rubin is a cross between Syrah and Nebbiolo that was created by Bulgaria’s Institute of Viticulture and Oenology in 1944 and finally gained international recognition in 1961. This enchanting 50:50 blend with pure Syrah is crafted through traditional fermentation and aged without oak to showcase the fruit’s purity. It delights with notes of dark berries and chocolate, soft tannins and a luscious finish.
