When two great winemaking names come together, you know you’re in for something special. And that’s most certainly the case here. Macán is the result of a partnership between Benjamin de Rothschild, from one of Bordeaux’s most prestigious families, and Vega Sicilia, the first name in Spanish wine. It’s velvety and elegant with flavours of ripe berries, dried flowers, spice and liquorice. Silky tannins and savoury hints of leather make it a perfect match for lamb.
