This Chenin Blanc is a vibrant expression of South Africa’s iconic white grape. Made from grapes grown in the fertile soils at the foot of the Helderberg Mountain in Stellenbosch, it’s crafted with sustainable practices including hand-harvesting and fermentation with natural yeast (naturally present on grape skins, rather than commercial yeast strains). Crisp and zesty, the wine has structure and complexity, as well as longevity. You can drink it now or allow it to develop for another 2-3 years.
