Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, employing soft extraction techniques to preserve the wine’s finesse. After eight months of ageing in concrete vats, the result is a full-bodied red that’s both elegant and complex, with a layered nose of dark fruits and subtle spices.
