Kir Royale Cocktail Kit

Delicious and stylish, the Kir Royale is a permanent fixture on every good cocktail bar’s menu. The fresh acidity of the Champagne cuts through the indulgent lashings of blackcurrant liqueur to create a perfectly balanced and beautiful celebratory drink. To make, add 25ml of créme de cassis (or less, to taste) to the bottom of a chilled flute, and slowly top with Champagne. For extra flair, drizzle the fizz down a chilled teaspoon to layer the drink, and garnish with blackberries.
