A mild and dry growing season means the 2021 vintage of this Chardonnay is beautifully concentrated and balanced, with aromas of honeydew, guava, grapefruit. With a creamy texture and rich flavours of tropical fruit, apricot and toasty brown sugar from oak ageing, it pairs perfectly with grilled fish, chicken dishes or soft cheeses.
